Klaus is a southern gent from Marietta, Georgia. He moved to Brooklyn in 2013 where he spends most of the day training Desiree and John Munnelly. Klaus takes his evening walk at 5:30 pm sharp and enjoys singing especially when John plays the harmonica.

John Munnelly is an award-winning songwriter with a new limited edition acoustic EP titled “XU” (Expanding Universe). He is a writer, artist, performer, actor, IT guy, and teacher, though his latest project may yet be his most popular: he is the ‘chef’ cook & bottle-washer for Hattwood Hot Sauce - his own creation available at hattwood.com. John’s memoir piece, “Much Wants More,” is included in the 2018 NY Writers Coalition book, “From Page to Page,” that showcases the writing of their public workshops in Brooklyn. Born in Ireland, John lives in Brooklyn with wife, Desiree, and dachshund, Klaus.
